Our Mission
Skyline Design is in the business of providing professional residential design services to its customers. Our highest priority is to actively listen to our customers so that we may translate their needs and wants into a tangible manifestation of the home of their dreams. We are here to provide affordable services to anyone interested in designing a custom home without sacrificing quality.
Our Expectations
Our expectation is that when customers contact us, they will already have a fairly good idea of the design they want. Rough sketches are fine. Floor plan ideas from any number of sources, including exterior style profiles are very helpful. Pictures or references to other homes in the area are useful. It is more cost effective for us to spend the bulk of our time developing construction documents and less in original design decisions and iterations. If the home is to be placed on a sloped lot, a contour map is required. In all cases, a legal description of the property and/or a survey map is required to show where the building will be situated on the lot.
Our Committment
 If our plans fail to meet with the approval of the Architectural Board of your HOA or do not comply with your local building code, we will make the necessary modifications to ensure that they do at no additional cost to you, the customer. |
