An initial interview is used to determine if there is a mutual desire to form a working relationship between us and the prospective client.
No work is performed without a signed contract.
An initial, non-refundable, deposit equal to the lesser of 20% of the total estimated design fee or $750 is required to queue a job.
If payment is not received within seven days of the statement date, or attempts to communicate go unanswered for five days or more, work stops. Once payment has been received or communications restored, work will resume, but it may be requeued behind any other work which may have taken precedence in the interim.
The final payment must be received before the final product is delivered. The final product constitutes a set of building plans without a restrictive watermark present on the drawings.
Costs for ancillary services by certified professionals, such as structural, mechanical, civil, or electrical engineers and landscape architects shall be born by the client.
The client is responsible for the cost of printing, permitting, and estimating.
